Nichole Morrissey
Co-President
Since joining the PTO in 2022, Nichole has played a key role in fundraising, events, and co-chairing the beloved Holiday Shop. With over 20 years in business management and 12+ years of nonprofit board experience, she brings invaluable expertise and a passion for service.
As a NA Sales Manager for ADM, she thrives on leadership and collaboration. Her family’s dedication to the community runs deep—her husband is a teacher and football coach at Governor Mifflin High School, and their two young children are proud members of the district.
Nichole is excited to support the PTO and make a lasting impact on Brecknock and Mustang Nation! #MustangNation
Jill Spengler
Co-President
A proud Mifflin graduate, Jill has been an active PTO supporter since 2022. She and her husband have two children at Brecknock, with a third excited to join in the coming years!
As co-chair of the Holiday Shop, Jill brings creativity and enthusiasm to this beloved event while also lending her energy to many fundraisers and school activities. Her passion for the kids and dedication to the community shine through in everything she does, making a lasting impact on Brecknock families.
She’s excited to continue supporting the PTO and helping create meaningful experiences for our students!


Jamie Drenning
Co-Vice President
A proud Governor Mifflin graduate, Jamie is deeply invested in the school district, with five children growing and learning in its community. She loves being hands-on in her kids’ classrooms and supporting school functions, bringing warmth and enthusiasm to every event.
With extensive experience leading children’s programs as the children’s ministry director at her church, Jamie felt called to step into a leadership role within the PTO. Now, she’s excited to bring fresh energy, creative ideas, and a passion for enriching the experience of Brecknock students, staff, and families.
She’s ready to make a difference and help the PTO continue creating wonderful opportunities for the school community!
Jill Weaver
Co-Vice President
Since joining the PTO in 2022, Jill has been a dedicated force behind school events and the Teacher Appreciation Committee, helping celebrate and support the incredible educators in our community.
A passionate advocate for education, Jill is in her 12th year teaching Special Education in the Exeter Township School District. At home, she’s raising two students in the district—with one more eager to join in the future!
She’s excited to continue supporting the PTO and its mission, bringing enthusiasm, experience, and a commitment to making a difference for students and staff alike.


Laura Keller
Co-Secretary
A familiar face at PTO meetings since 2019, Laura became actively involved in 2022, lending her time and enthusiasm to events and fundraisers that help strengthen our school community.
Balancing work and family, she enjoys the flexibility of working part-time from home and loves volunteering in her daughter’s classroom whenever possible. With two children in the district, she is deeply committed to supporting the PTO and its mission to create meaningful opportunities for students, staff, and families.
Jessica Slovich
Co-Secretary
Jessica joined the PTO in 2025 and is excited to be part of the school community. She lives with her husband and son on a historic farmette, where they enjoy outdoor activities, exploring nature, and caring for their animals. Jessica is passionate about supporting kids and looks forward to helping create fun, meaningful experiences for all the students at Brecknock.


Vanessa Cipolla
Treasurer
A dedicated PTO member since 2016, Vanessa has been a constant presence in meetings, events, and fundraisers, always lending a helping hand to support the school community. She loves volunteering in her children’s classrooms and staying involved as much as possible.
With over 25 years of experience in banking and finance, Vanessa brings valuable expertise and organization to everything she does. She and her husband have two children currently in the district, and one future Mustang excited to start kindergarten in 2025!
Vanessa also plays a vital role as the co-chair of several PTO events and fundraisers, helping bring creativity and collaboration to school initiatives. She is excited to continue supporting the PTO and creating meaningful opportunities for students, families, and staff.
